I'm giving serious thought to sell my '06 Uly. Due to a crapped out hip it is now rather uncomfortable to ride this wonderful bike. I picked up a 2008 KTM Super Duke that fits great and causes minimal pain in my hip. I know Buells are basically yours once you buy one but was wanting to get some feedback from those who have sold/bought used '06 Uly's as to price range. My '06 has 7,000 miles and is in very good condition. It's the faster black color! Thanks for any input! David | ||

I gave $8500 in May '06 for mine, it had 850 miles, on the clock. Included parts and service manual, 3 qts Mobil 1 20/50 Vtwin oil and a filter. | ||

I paid $7600for a 2006 with side cases this summer 6800 miles on it. Most I have ever spent on a bike. I'm a long time Guzzi rider we are cheaper then KLR riders! | ||

If you think Buells have bad resale, wait until you try an unload the KTM. I see NEW SD's and SM's for $9,999. Your used Uly may be worth more than your used SD. M | ||

Yeah...I know that the KTM's have pretty dismal resale but at least for now I fully intend to keep and ride the SD for quite awhile. But of course I thought that about the Uly as well until my health issue came up. Oh well what can you do? David | ||

I think 1987 Honda Goldwings are still worth 40k or so. That's without the cassette tape player. All Honda products go up in value...all of them!  | ||
