Here are a couple of pictures of a BMW Cruise that I installed. The machined ring makes it very easy to operate even with winter gloves on. The left side is just a dummy to make it match the throttle side. They sell 2 versions, the silver and blue that I used in aluminum or black and silver in steel if you want some weight too. They are not cheap. You also have to figure out yourself how to attach them. They come with no hardware. I used a set of 7/8 bar inserts and stainless hardware to install mine.
