Made a performance modification today, check out the photos at the following link. This is absolutely the fastest, highest horsepower Uly out there now! http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b281/llpiggy/DSC N5980.jpg http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b281/llpiggy/DSC N5979.jpg Ok! so all I did was buy a damaged airbox cover, a little sand paper, and a can of red spray paint. But we all know that red is the fastest color! |

Too bad all that HP and speed is lost with the hardened bank vaults strapped on the back. |

What manufacturer are the panniers? I ask because the ones I have seen have had the backrest removed. (Message edited by hotredjohn on April 16, 2008) |

they are Happy Trail, and the rear rack is from Twisted throttle. They are not compatable with each other, yeah right! A 3/8 to 1/2 inch space on the rack mounts made it fit perfectly. Just came home from Target with four bags of pretzels, a quart of oil, a playground ball for the grandsons, a package of oreos, a bag of corn chips, three cans of Progresso soup, my first aid kit, a jacket liner, and an extra pair of gloves. I'm thrilled with them! |

it is the Cee Bailey's 16" tall windscreen, and I don't have any experience with the tall Buell screen. I'd like to try one, so when I get my regular fly screen reinstalled when the temps get a little warmer, I'm gonna ride up to the local Buell dealer and ask to "demo" one off of one of the used Ulys they have in stock. That would be American Eagle HD/Buell in Corrinth, Texas. |
