Jack, We tried everything. Nothing worked. The biggest problem was that we didn't have a hill to work with. |

When it comes in I get to do the Fatty's Battery Status Mod Sweet, I always wanted my own mod. You'd appreciate that I ran yesterday with the second HID kit installed. This time I went with Super Yellow. The additional color really enhances the definition in details. They aren't the Treadmark's Death Ray Mod, but they'll do. The tricky part was mounting the ballasts in the airbox. |

Thanks for the info Jeremy, I don't think I would have considered the M2 push startable on level ground either and maybe that proves it. But sometimes the new ignition systems simply don't generate any spark at the plugs or maybe it is that the fuel injection is not triggering or something. The M2 was a little more old school. Jack |

Yeah, I don't know what the deal was, but it didn't matter which gear it was in or how hard we pushed. It wasn't going. |

FB: nice work en great pics for others to do it themselves. Was this just plug & play on the battery or did you do it different? |

I simply wired it into the accessory plug. You want to wire it into a connection that is only hot when the power is on. |

FB, Thanks for the details on installing this mod. I just ordered one, but will have to wait 'til the factory ships to CD before I can do this. Winter is in full force, so down time is not a problem. Thanks again. |

Very nice mod Fatty. Extremely clean and discreet install and much more attractive than the cheap old flashing box I purchased. Michael1 I need your Mazdaspeed sticker for my toolbox. Just got a new car that it applies to. http://www.multistrada.net/modules/mx_smartor/albu m.php?smartor_mode=album_pic&pic_id=104424 http://www.multistrada.net/modules/mx_smartor/albu m.php?smartor_mode=album_pic&pic_id=104423 |

Just about there FB - the voltage meter was identical to yours (obviously)...just one less hole ! The front end is still apart as I am also finishing up installing a Stebel, PIAA's and a Centech fuse block. I will start a new thread this weekend and get pic's on them all. By the way the knockout in the back of the case was the hardest part of this - routing out that one (I used a rat tail file) took a bit of trial and error - otherwise smooooooooth |

Yeah, I simply used a larger drill bit and routed it out that way. The LED cluster is a little wider than the hole, so will have to drill it out a little wider. Glad your install went well. |

Good find FB! Just ordered one also. I had found a similar (make it yourself) indicator on another forum, but am too lazy to build one. This one is quick and reasonably priced. Great install by the way! |

Froggy, I think Lindsey likes me better than you... Dear Bosh, I just wanted to inform you on the status of your order you placed with us. We are expecting the part in the next two business days and then will ship the part out to you. Be assured, I will personally make sure you get your voltage meeter before Froggy gets his. Sorry for any problems that this may cause. Feel free to call or email me with any questions or concerns. We appreciate your business and have a great day. Best Wishes, Lindsey Ok, I may have edited the note just a little. |

Dear Fat Bastard, What have you done to us? We keep getting calls for this friggin' voltage meter. What corrupt and disgusting thing are you doing with them, and why does everyone want one? Please stop whatever you are doing or I'm going to call the police. You're a freak, Lindsey |

Alright, I'm in also! Placing my order as we speak. That is such a simple yet effective farkle. I'm kinda worried what it'll read the first time I hit the fogs, or worse yet, the fogs and heated vest. I don't know if I can install it as clean as you all did (tuber instead of XB) But I'll give it a try! There's plenty of empty space in my cluster. I might also install an LED to signal when my foglights are on. We will see. Thanks for the link! |

KuryUykn sells them at most Harley or after market dealers. Here is mine installed, use the black, not the chrome. Chrome is a farkle.
