Mainly because I work with Pelicans at work and they are far superior, construction wise, to any bag I have seen short of the Micatechs (that are not offered for the Uly). The Caribous can still be closed without being locked which is a big thing for me. |

You are calling them Caribous but aren't they using Pelican cases? Pelican will make special cases if there is a demand. I'd like to see them in a top loader. |

Yes, a top loading Caribou would be interesting. I contacted them about making a custom case for a job at work and they can do such things but it is costly. We ended up using a standard size. I bet a top loading case would be challenging for them as it may not be that common a design parameter. |
