MMMM I feel parts coming my way. Danno, I want your take-offs. Get the metal brake and the cutter fired up, I will bring the beer, and the rattle can of Flat Black Ridin on Weds for sure. |

Nice job, treadmarks. I just got an 07 Uly after riding S1's since 1999. You gave me a jumpstart on the first area I felt needed attention. I will copy your license bracket with a couple of minor protective additions. The next thing I want to do is find some ultra strong motocross style handlebars that have the same rise as the Uly, mount them, and some real motocross handguards, not because I think it is a motocross bike, but because I think it is a bike I will probably lay down sooner or later. Thanks |

Tread , Your tail tidy was just the inspiration i needed to get going on my own install i really like what you did but i think im going to do a couple of things differently. I think that im going to mount the plate at about a 45 degree angle just like your but im going to move it forward about 3 inches and use some white leds to light it up... Oh im also going to change out the stock turn signals for some more resiliant Leds... Ill post up some pics of my tail tidy/led turn signal mod when i get it finished! |

I'm thinking of doing one up, but relocating the seat lock to the side, if possible. |

I was thinking up near where the Diagnostic plug (TPS Reset) is. I'm making a Powerlet Bracket and was thinking of using a longer cable and mounting it up there if possible. |

That could work pretty good. I got lazy and put a buttplug on my tidy tail, after I took off my gay reflectors. Does this buttplug make my ass look fat? |

The images in the original post of this thread have expired. Here is a link posted by Andymnelson to the treadmarks tail tidy template. http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/142 838/EliminatorR1_Model__1_-454294-605273.pdf Additionally, here is a thread with both the treadmarks 1-piece fender eliminator/tail tidy (w/o measurements) as well as another 2-piece tail tidy (w/ measurements) I found somewhere.
