Howdy all, Has anyone installed Iridium plugs in their Uly yet? NGK's website stops at 2003 for their Buell listing so part numbers for the Uly are not included. I did find DCPR7EIX, DCPR8EIX and DCPR9EIX as Buell numbers tho. Does anyone have the correct part number for our Uly? Thanks in advance for any help. |

I'm sorry, but I have to ask, why would you want to install them? Does your engine have a misfire? Are the stock plugs worn out? Do these plugs produce more power? |

I'm sorry, but I have to ask, why would you want to install them? Personal preference is all. I use them in all my vehicles (Supercharged EFI HD nightrain, Honda XR650 motard, SVT Cobra, F150, Seadoo jet boat) and have never had a plug related problem. I have also read in this forum that someone had a new Uly with the wrong plugs in it, and someone else had loose plugs in it from the factory. I would like to go in and install fresh plugs correctly and forget about it. So, do you have the correct part number? |

Thanks for the honest reply Treadmarks. Personal preference is all. I use them in all my vehicles (Supercharged EFI HD nightrain, Honda XR650 motard, SVT Cobra, F150, Seadoo jet boat) and have never had a plug related problem. That's as good a reason as any... At this point in my life I prefer to do as little as possible... If it aint broke, it don't get fixed.
