I pulled off the air filter cover for a quick filter check and noticed about 2 oz. of oil at the base of the box, enough to cover the bottom left screw of the filter base plate. Seems like a lot of blow by to me. 7700 miles on the bike, any insight? |

Mine is that way and it has been brought up here before as a concern. I have had several bikes over the last couple of years and to some degree they all did it with no ill affect. The Uly seems to have no more the other bikes I have had. Unless it is puking it out the sides or something I do not believe it is a problem. |

Check you oil filling habits. If you are running to the top of the stick when not fully warmed up, you'll get higher oil levels. I don't fill until it is down in the add area when warm. |

Hey guy's, thinking back a couple of oil changes ago I had overfilled the oil and found out the following day after riding ~100 miles. I cleaned the in-take base plate today and will check 200 miles down the road... Thanks for the insight... |
